Some places just click the moment you walk in, and for us  this classic white cape, set back from route 12 and surrounded by fields, was one of those places. Inside spaces flow from the living room with its fireplace and are filled with quiet light and nicely decorated; the art is original and good. The three guest room, each named for a season (there’s no  ”winter”) are also bright and comfortable without being fussy; and fitted with  fine linens and down comforters. The large ground floor suite has a cherry four poster, a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, and TV if requested. Host Emmy Fox spent much of her life managing a prestigious Bermuda Inn, and hospitality come naturally. Children and pets are welcome.”
